Terms & Conditions
GoatedCreators™ provides its services for founders and businesses. Our work may include strategy, content systems design, creative direction, production management, and distribution — among other related services.
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement signed by both parties. These Terms & Conditions apply alongside any such agreement and govern the overall relationship.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any engagement at our discretion, with appropriate notice as outlined in the applicable Service Agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, formal engagement begins when:
A signed Service Agreement is executed by both parties, and
An initial payment has been received and cleared
Expressions of interest, preliminary conversations, or informal agreements do not constitute a binding engagement. Work will not commence until both conditions above are satisfied.
During onboarding, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business and objectives. Delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client are not the responsibility of GoatedCreators™.
All fees are specified in your Service Agreement. Unless otherwise stated:
Retainer fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
Payment is due on the date stated on your invoice
Late or outstanding payments may result in a temporary pause in service delivery
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Service Agreement
Additional services or requirements outside the agreed scope will be discussed and approved in writing before any additional charges are applied.
All invoices are issued by GoatedCreators™. For billing enquiries, contact billing@goatedcreators.com.
The monthly retainer covers our team's time, strategy, and delivery of the agreed scope of work, including access to our core internal tooling required to operate effectively.
The following are not included in the standard retainer unless explicitly agreed in writing:
Third-party platforms, software, or licences required by the client
Platform access beyond what is included in the agreed scope
Paid media, advertising spend, or content boosting
Licensed assets such as stock footage, music, or premium creative resources
Any additional costs of this nature will be communicated in advance and require written approval before being applied.
Ownership of work produced during an active engagement is as follows:
Transferred to the client upon full payment:
Final video deliverables produced for the client's channel
Scripts, written content, and outlines created specifically for client use
Creative assets such as thumbnails and channel art produced as deliverables
Retained by GoatedCreators™ at all times:
Proprietary frameworks, systems, and methodologies used in our work
Internal workflows, operational tools, and production processes
Any pre-existing intellectual property brought to the engagement
Engaging our services grants you the right to use the outputs we produce — not the underlying systems or methodology that generated them.
GoatedCreators™ reserves the right to reference your business or engagement in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, including referencing results achieved during our work together.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the engagement, including but not limited to business strategy, financial data, and internal processes.
Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement and remain in effect indefinitely, unless the information enters the public domain through no fault of either party.
Where a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement is executed between the parties, that document takes precedence in matters of confidentiality.
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice period specified in the applicable Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a minimum of 30 days written notice is required.
Upon termination:
All outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable
Deliverables completed up to the termination date will be provided upon receipt of full payment
Access to any shared resources or workspaces will be revoked within 7 business days
GoatedCreators™ reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately and without refund in cases of non-payment, material breach of these Terms, misconduct toward our team, or any request that violates applicable law.
GoatedCreators™ provides services based on strategy and best practices. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on factors outside our control including platform changes, market conditions, and actions taken by the client.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.
By engaging with us or using our website, you agree not to:
Misrepresent your identity, business, or intended use of our services
Request content that violates applicable law, platform policies, or third-party rights
Use our deliverables in a way that infringes any intellectual property rights
Attempt to replicate, reverse-engineer, or repurpose our proprietary systems or frameworks
Engage in conduct that could harm the reputation or operations of GoatedCreators™
goatedcreators.com is provided for informational purposes. We make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of content on the site and reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or any engagement with us shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the relevant courts or arbitration bodies with jurisdiction over the registered entity.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this document. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
Continued engagement with our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
